What happens if I am unsuccessful in securing a job?

All GT clients are offered a full 6 months of post-training support. Clients who have been unsuccessful in securing jobs following the completion of the GT course, are all provided with further Information Advice & Guidance and in addition to Additional Learning Support around the application process and the core skills required for entry level housing sector recruitment. Further to this we ensure all clients try and seek constructive feedback from the employer as standard good practice for all unsuccessful applications. Any knowledge and skills gap is addressed by referring the client to a range of FREE learn direct courses. The main types of course clients are primarily referred to include intermediate and advanced writing courses, in addition to IT courses and refreshers.
