GT and the social housing and public sector job ready programme has delivered and achieved the following:

• 76 social housing and public sector job ready programmes delivered
• Over 400 Clients have completed the course
• 200 clients took advantage of the post training support offered to all clients
• 135 clients have secured employment
• 86 permanent jobs secured
• 49 Temporary jobs secured
• £2.7 million pounds worth of jobs across 56 employers
• A further 130+ clients have gained significant confidence from securing short listing for permanent job roles
• Public funding secured from Ocean New Deal for Communities
• European Social Fund Welfare to Work Programme Successfully Delivered
